Background

Margot was a college student, who needed to find a full time job ... ideally in a company that would help her with tuition reimbursement so she could complete her education. Her only prior work experience was in retail cosmetics counter sales. She found a great job opportunity, and downloaded a standard resume template from the internet. But she wasn't sure how to package herself, and became discouraged as she saw no connection between her prior work experience and what she thought this employer would be looking for to satisfy the job requirements. She didn't fit the job description!
